This rack is made of plastic and has a chrome plated steel finish. You can easily wipe it clean and it is nineteen inches high. It can hold more than four pounds of fresh pasta and has ten feet of drying space with sixteen extensions. You can store it in a chrome plated steel column when you are not using it. Also included is a multi purpose “wand” that you can use to transfer the pasta and the wand can also help to cut the pasta. This pasta drying rack is priced at approximately forty dollars
Roma Pasta Drying Rack
Made of beechwood, this rack is very similar to the Norpro rack. It stands seventeen inches high, it is easy to assemble and disassemble and it is priced at approximately ten dollars.
Pinzon Italian Pasta Drying Rack
This rack assembles very quickly and stores flat. Priced at approximately twenty dollars, it is made of wood and measures about fourteen inches high. It offers eight extensions for drying your pasta and the rods are located far enough apart to do a great job of drying your pasta.
Marcato Atlas Pasta Drying Rack
Made in Italy, this pasta drying rack offers sixteen eight inch extensions that are spaced for maximum drying of your pasta. It is made of polycarbonate and chrome plated steel for durability. You can fold it easily for convenient storage and it includes a “wand” that allows you to easily transfer your pasta from the machine to the pasta drying rack. It stands just over eighteen inches high and offers a three year warranty. The rack is priced at approximately fifty dollars.
